Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 April 2026

1. Who we are

ZuluHi Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the ZuluHi platform at zuluhi.com, which provides Part-66 aviation logbook compliance review services.

For any privacy-related queries, contact us at team@zuluhi.com.

2. What data we collect

When you purchase a review and submit your logbook, we collect:

Your name and email address — to deliver your report and communicate with you about your order.
Your logbook file — the document you upload (Excel, PDF or similar format). This file is stored securely in our cloud storage.
Payment information — processed directly by Stripe, Inc. ZuluHi does not store your card details. We receive only a payment confirmation and order reference.
Technical data — basic information such as your IP address and browser type, collected automatically when you use our site.
Licence and application details — the information you provide during the upload process (licence category, authority, application type), used exclusively to produce your compliance report.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

Deliver the compliance report you have purchased (legal basis: performance of a contract — UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Send you service communications relating to your order, such as submission confirmations and report delivery.
Respond to questions you submit through your report link, where applicable.
Comply with legal obligations we are subject to as a UK company (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Third parties we share data with

To provide our service we use the following processors:

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
Resend, Inc. — email delivery. Used to send your confirmation and report emails.
Supabase, Inc. — cloud database and file storage. Your logbook file and order data are stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure.

All processors are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

5. Data retention

Your logbook file and associated submission data are retained for as long as necessary to deliver and support your service, and for a period of up to 12 months thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion.

Payment records are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with our legal and accounting obligations.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting team@zuluhi.com.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request erasure of your data (subject to legal obligations).
Restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances.
Receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@zuluhi.com. We will respond within one calendar month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Logbook files are stored in a private cloud storage bucket accessible only to authorised ZuluHi personnel. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never passes through our servers unencrypted.

8. Cookies

ZuluHi does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use strictly necessary session cookies to enable the purchase and upload flow. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies.
