These Terms govern your use of ZuluHi, a Part-66 logbook compliance analysis service operated by DRS SPV 1 LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales · Company No. 15409253. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these Terms in full.
By accessing or using the ZuluHi platform at zuluhi.com (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and customers who have purchased a report.
ZuluHi is an online platform that analyses aircraft maintenance logbooks against the requirements of EASA Part-66 and UK CAA Part-66 regulatory frameworks. Our Service includes:
ZuluHi is an independent analysis tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of EASA, the UK CAA, or any National Aviation Authority. Our reports do not constitute official regulatory approval or guarantee acceptance by any authority.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be inactive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
You agree to use ZuluHi solely for its intended purpose — the legitimate analysis of aircraft maintenance logbooks for Part-66 licence applications. You must not:
Breach of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
ZuluHi operates on a pay-per-upload, one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Refund policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 14 days of purchase at team@zuluhi.com and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will be considered at our discretion.
Expert plan customers: if we fail to deliver your report within the guaranteed 48-hour window, we will refund the difference between the Expert and Pro plan price.
Your content: You retain full ownership of any logbook documents you upload to ZuluHi. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your documents solely for the purpose of generating your compliance report. We do not retain your documents after your report has been generated — see Section 8.
Your report: The compliance report generated for you is yours to keep and use as you see fit in connection with your licence application.
Our platform: The ZuluHi platform, its design, software, analysis engine, and all related content and materials are the exclusive property of DRS SPV 1 LIMITED and are protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRS SPV 1 LIMITED disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Our reports are based on the published requirements of EASA Part-66 and UK CAA Part-66 at the time of analysis. Regulations may change. The final decision on any licence application rests solely with your National Aviation Authority. ZuluHi does not guarantee that your logbook will be accepted following our analysis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DRS SPV 1 LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at team@zuluhi.com. Upon closure, your account and any stored reports will be deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We encourage you to contact us first at team@zuluhi.com to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Service and may close your account as described in Section 11.
