ZuluHi Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We provide a Part-66 aviation maintenance logbook compliance review service at zuluhi.com.
By purchasing and using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ZuluHi provides a human-reviewed compliance report for aviation maintenance logbooks submitted under EASA Part-66 or UK CAA Part-66 regulations.
Our reports are prepared by qualified aviation maintenance specialists and include: an ATA coverage analysis, a compliance score, identified errors and omissions, and a prioritised action plan.
Our service is an advisory tool to help you identify potential issues before submission to your relevant Aviation Authority. ZuluHi Ltd does not guarantee acceptance or approval of your logbook by any regulatory authority. Final regulatory decisions rest solely with the relevant authority.
ZuluHi is currently operating in a limited beta phase. During this period, the service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Features, pricing, and delivery timelines may change. We will communicate any significant changes to customers via email.
All purchases are one-time payments processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Prices shown include all applicable taxes. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
We aim to deliver your compliance report within the timeframe indicated for your plan (72 hours for Starter and Pro; 48-hour priority for Expert). These are target delivery times and not contractual guarantees. Delivery is by email to the address provided at checkout.
If your file cannot be processed (for example, due to a corrupted or password-protected file), we will contact you at the email provided to request a replacement.
You may only submit logbooks for which you are the legal owner or have explicit authorisation to submit. You must not submit:
Violation of these conditions may result in your order being cancelled without refund and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authority.
Due to the nature of our service — which involves human specialist time allocated to your logbook upon submission — we do not offer refunds once your logbook has been reviewed and your report delivered.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us at team@zuluhi.com and we will resolve it promptly.
All content on the ZuluHi platform, including the report format, design, and software, is the intellectual property of ZuluHi Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our reports or platform without prior written permission.
You retain full ownership of your logbook files and any data you submit to us.
ZuluHi Ltd provides compliance guidance based on the information submitted. We are not responsible for decisions made by Aviation Authorities, nor for any consequences arising from acting on — or not acting on — our recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
